The role focuses on ensuring seamless order processing, proactive communication, accurate reporting, and strong coordination with internal and external stakeholders.
Order Management & Administration
· Receive and review purchase orders (POs) from group subsidiaries
· Perform order booking in ERP/system accurately and timely
· Validate order details and ensure compliance with internal processes
· Issue clear order instructions to plants, warehouses, and suppliers
Coordination & Follow-up
· Coordinate closely with manufacturing plants for production planning and execution
· Follow up on item code creation and product master data readiness
· Track order progress from confirmation to dispatch
· Maintain regular communication with all stakeholders to ensure timelines are met
Reporting & Communication
· Provide regular order status updates to group subsidiaries
· Prepare and circulate reports on order progress, delays, and key issues
· Maintain and update MDD (Master Delivery Date) in the ERP/system
· Participate in and drive periodic review calls with plants and subsidiaries
Customer Experience & Issue Resolution
· Act as the single point of contact for export order coordination
· Proactively identify and resolve order-related issues
· Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through responsiveness and transparency
· Manage escalations with a solution-oriented mindset
