About the Job
Responsibilities
Plan, execute and manage marketing campaigns across portfolio and access against goals (ROI and KPIs).
Conduct post campaign reporting & analysis, prepare weekly performance updates and day-to-day campaign monitoring.
Liaise with internal stakeholders and external agencies to ensure successful running of projects and create awareness for the mall’s activities.
To proactively plan and initiate joint collaborations with tenants, partners and garner participation for mall’s programs and CapitaLand various initiatives to drive sales.
To manage various social media platforms and integrate online activities with offline marketing promotions.
Monitor social channel conversations and act on any insights that can further enhance the customer experience and branding of CapitaLand Malls.
Housekeep and update content of various digital and social media platforms, including website management.
Coordinate the execution of influencer marketing campaigns across various social media platforms
The Company may assign duties in addition to those listed/described above and/or vary the scope of work according to business requirements.
Requirements
Degree in Mass Communications, Marketing, or a related field.
Preferably with 2 - 3 years working experience in a similar capacity. Fresh Graduates are also welcome to apply.
Creative, resourceful, and good interpersonal skills.
Excellent written and verbal communications skills.
Computer literate with strong proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, social media, and other relevant digital tools.
Fast and independent with strong organizational skills.
Self-motivated and able to work under pressure.
Data driven, results-oriented and able to meet tight deadlines.
Prior knowledge in AEM and SAP will be a plus.
