Ensure proper implementation of all engineering aspects (New Constructions, Maintenance, Major and Minor repairs) of projects by providing close supervision in order to achieve and maintain expected standard of quality
Develop and implement appropriate strategies and plans for the long term business sustainability and growth.
Provide guidence during proposal stages to ensure to define appropriate solution while maintaining company standards and paying attention to customer perspective.
regularly interact with the relavant levels within the client organisation in order to understand and be aligned to the client perspective.
Provide timely and accurate technical inputs/ information to management in the form of presentations, inspection reports and advice for effective decision making by senior management.
Monitor adherence to company maintenance procedure by investigating deviations, identifying root causes related incidents to ensure adequate corrective and preventive actions are taken by relevant personnel, ensuring maintenance activities are carried out in an environmental friendly manner in order to meet the company Health and Safety standards.
Provide building maintenance services for up-keep of buildings & related infrastructure (electricity, water, firefighting, air conditioning, wastewater treatment, road network and etc) by implementing preventive and proactive maintenance plans in order to meet the required standards set by the statutory and company specific requirements.
Qualification
3–5 years of hands-on experience in facility maintenance and/or plant maintenance.
Master’s or Bachelor’s Degree in any Engineering discipline or an equivalent professional qualification.
Strong communication, negotiation, project management, stakeholder management, and leadership skills
