Coordinate with civil, mechanical, automation, QA, and EHS teams to ensure integrated project execution. 4. Track progress against project timelines and proactively resolve execution bottlenecks to ensure timely delivery. 5. Manage vendors and contractors, ensuring quality control, safety compliance, and cost-eAectiveness. 6. Oversee commissioning of electrical systems – HT/LT panels, transformers, DG sets, UPS, fire alarms, and BMS interfaces. 7. Maintain electrical documentation and support during regulatory inspections and audits. 8. In-depth understanding of HT/LT power systems, earthing, cable sizing, UPS, DG, BMS integration. 9. Familiarity with IEC, IS, GEP, and pharma automation standards. 10. Working knowledge of SCADA, PLC, and instrumentation used in regulated environments. 11. Tools: AutoCAD Electrical, Dialux, MS Project/Primavera. 12. Strong planning and cross-functional communication. 13. High discipline in schedule adherence and issue resolution. 14. Decision-maker with strong analytical capabilities. 15. Team player with strong execution focus and documentation clarity. 16. Ability to lead discussions with regulatory, validation, and audit teams.
