What You’ll Do (Key Responsibilities)

1. Amazon & Marketplace Operations

· Manage replenishment for Amazon/DTC to ensure zero out-of-stock.

· Sync orders between Shopify and SAP and lead weekly FBA shipments (AWD/NPD).

2. Inventory & Warehouse Coordination

· Execute POs/STOs in SAP and resolve stock discrepancies with the KDC warehouse.

· Maintain system accuracy through physical inventory reconciliations and Material Master updates.

3. Planning & International Logistics

· Analyze monthly demand forecasts to align inventory with sales goals.

· Coordinate international inbound/outbound logistics for global accounts.

Qualifications

· Tools: Solid experience with SAP (PO/STO/GR/GI) and Excel/Google Sheets. AI tool for data mining.

· Mindset: A detail-oriented problem solver who ensures the numbers always add up.

The anticipated compensation range is

22.75 - 44.50 USD Hourly
