Job Description

  • Establish and manage centralized physical and electronic document archives, including digital archiving frameworks, ensuring secure storage, backup, and efficient retrieval.
  • Develop, implement, and enforce corporate document control policies, procedures, standards, and naming/coding conventions.
  • Ensure accurate document classification, indexing, version control, retention, and disposal across all departments.
  • Lead the implementation, administration, and continuous improvement of Document Management Systems (DMS), including digital archiving solutions and automation tools.
  • Design and optimize document workflows, metadata standards, and ensure consistency in document formatting and templates across the organization.
  • Oversee contract administration processes, including document control for contracts, maintaining contract repositories, tracking versions, renewals, and key milestones.
  • Ensure proper contract formatting and standardization in line with legal and corporate requirements, maintaining approved templates and clauses.
  • Review and enforce document formatting standards (layout, structure, branding, and language consistency) across all official documents.
  • Manage document access rights, confidentiality levels, and user permissions in alignment with governance and data protection requirements.
  • Ensure compliance with internal policies, regulatory requirements, and audit standards through periodic reviews and audits.
  • Act as the central point of contact for all document control and contract documentation matters, coordinating with document owners, legal teams, and stakeholders.
  • Train and support users on document control procedures, DMS usage, digital archiving practices, and formatting standards.
  • Lead continuous improvement initiatives, define KPIs, and supervise document control staff and external service providers.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Management, MIS, Library Science, Commerce, or Law (English)
  • 8+ years of experience in document control, records management, or digital archiving
  • Experience in developing document control policies, procedures, and governance standards
  • Strong knowledge of document lifecycle management, classification, indexing, version control, and retention
  • Hands-on experience with physical/digital archives and Document Management Systems (DMS)
  • Experience managing contract documentation, repositories, renewals, and version tracking
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and SharePoint / Microsoft 365 (Advanced Excel preferred)
  • Strong understanding of compliance, confidentiality, and data protection practices
  • Excellent Arabic and English communication skills
  • Strong leadership, organizational, and stakeholder management skills

5) Instant Payment Network: Launched in 2022 offering instant 24/7 and seamless payment experience. The network is offers full interoperability across cards, mobile wallets and bank accounts.
