Description: As the Assistant Manager of DC Operations, you will assist in the effective flow of merchandise to 50+ stores within an Omni-Channel Distribution Center Campus. Your position has the leadership of and accountability for assisting in the operational, people, quality, safety, and fiscal requirements of Order Fulfillment, Replenishment, Receiving, Shipping, Reverse Logistics, Inventory Control, Customer Returns, and support functions. You will work closely and collaboratively with the Supply Chain Leadership Team, Merchandise Planning, and Finance to improve speed, cost, and service. In addition, you will assist in inspiring your team and leading efforts to deliver sound operational results; exceeding customer expectations, delivering innovation, and assisting in developing a talented team.

The range is: $58,000– $65,000 annually. Actual pay will be adjusted based on experience.
