What You Will Work On

  • Exposure to the design, testing, rollout and adoption of Copilot agents and related digital solutions that support business workflows across CapitaLand’s teams.

  • Practical automation and digital enablement projects that support operational processes and improve the way teams use Microsoft 365 tools.

  • Hands-on experience with Microsoft Fabric in an enterprise setting — building pipelines, connecting data sources, and enabling analytics that feed into AI use cases and management reporting.

  • Delivery of training programmes and enablement materials that directly shape how hundreds of CapitaLand staff use AI tools in their day-to-day work.

  • Support the coordination of meetings, preparation of presentation materials, tracking of follow-up actions, stakeholder communications and other ad hoc tasks across the team’s ongoing initiatives.

  • Exposure to enterprise AI governance, cross-functional collaboration with IT Security and business stakeholders, and a strong portfolio of delivered automation and AI solutions in a large listed organisation

  • Build a strong foundation for a career in digital transformation, innovation, programme management or AI enablement.

Responsibilities

  • Support the Project Manager in the planning, research, coordination and implementation of AI, innovation and related digital initiatives within CapitaLand.

  • Support the design, configuration, testing and maintenance of Microsoft Copilot agents and other AI solutions to support internal business workflows across CapitaLand.

  • Support the development and optimisation of Power Automate workflows to automate repetitive processes, improve operational efficiency, and integrate Microsoft 365 services across teams.

  • Assist with reporting, dashboard preparation and selected data-related tasks in Microsoft Fabric and related tools to support AI initiatives, management reporting and business insights.

  • Coordinate meetings, prepare agendas and materials, track action items, and follow up with stakeholders to support smooth project execution.

  • Assist in creating presentation decks, reports, briefing notes and summaries for senior management, project meetings and vendor discussions.

  • Assist with innovation projects, stakeholder follow-ups and coordination activities required to support new initiatives and launches.

  • Deliver training sessions and create user-friendly guides and explainer materials to help internal staff adopt and effectively use Microsoft Copilot, Power Automate, and related AI tools.

  • Respond to questions from internal users on AI tool usage, troubleshoot common issues, and escalate technical matters to IT where required.

  • Assist in managing AI POC projects from initiation to completion, including scoping, testing, documenting results, and preparing recommendations for implementation.

  • Use Canva or other design/video creation tools to prepare emailers, training materials and explainer content for internal stakeholders on new AI tools/ innovation and processes.

  • Coordinate with internal departments (IT Infrastructure, IT Security, and Business Teams) to ensure AI implementation aligns with governance, compliance, and security standards.

  • Stay current on developments in the Microsoft AI ecosystem (Copilot, Power Platform, Fabric) and proactively recommend improvements or new use cases to the team.

  • Participate in knowledge-sharing sessions, team meetings, and workshops to contribute fresh perspectives and document learnings.

  • Perform other ad-hoc duties related to AI and Innovation projects as assigned

Requirements

  • Diploma or Degree in Business, Information Systems, Communications, Data Analytics, Computer Science, or a related field. Fresh graduates and candidates with 1–2 years of relevant experience are welcome to apply.

  • Familiarity with Microsoft Power Automate or similar workflow tools would be advantageous. Ability to support the building, testing and troubleshooting of automated workflows is a plus.

  • Exposure to Microsoft Copilot Studio or similar AI or automation platforms would be advantageous. Interest in supporting the configuration, testing and rollout of digital and AI solutions in a business environment is preferred.

  • Familiarity with reporting, dashboarding or data tools such as Power BI, Microsoft Fabric or equivalent platforms would be an advantage.

  • Good communication and presentation skills. Able to summarise findings clearly for both technical and business audiences.

  • Strong working knowledge of PowerPoint and comfort using Canva or similar tools to create presentations, reports, training materials and internal communication materials.

  • Analytical, detail-oriented and well-organised, with the ability to manage multiple workstreams, follow through on action items and meet deadlines.

  • A team player with a positive attitude and willingness to learn in a fast-paced environment
