This role covers operations in the B2B Retail eCommerce platforms, but does not cover LEGO.com D2C platform.
Core Responsibility covers the following 4 area to enhance our digital catalog, improve the digital shelf, and online presence.

The eCommerce team is a passionate team with a strong growth mindset and curiosity for test and learn. The team plays a critical role not only as a sales growth driver but also as a brand builder to bring the great brand experience to shoppers and consumers.
This role, Assistant Manager Digital Merchandising and Retail Marketing, will lead the holistic digital merchandising in the eCommerce from planning campaigns supervised by eCommerce Retail Marketing Manager to designing Brand pages, setting up Product Detail Pages, day to day optimizations and test&learn initiatives. It requires a deep understanding of the brand strategy and campaign objectives to deliver the cohesive merchandising structure. Successful applicant is highly encouraged to bring digital/eCommerce expertise and experience to not only drive the success of the channel, but to help build stronger digital capabilities in the Sales team and overall BU Japan to innovate for the future.
