About the role
The Assistant Manager, Data Intelligence is a key analytical partner within the Fragrance & Beauty division, responsible for transforming complex, multi-source data into actionable insights that drive marketing effectiveness, retail performance, and business decision-making.
Working closely with cross-functional teams including Marketing, Retail, CRM, and Finance, you will go beyond reporting to deliver advanced analysis, scenario planning, and clear, executive-ready insights. This role plays a critical part in strengthening a data-driven culture and enabling more informed, agile, and strategic decisions across the division.

Support forecasting and demand planning through scenario modelling and data-driven projections

Enhance data governance and reporting standards, building a reliable “single source of truth”

What you will bring
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Data Analytics, Statistics, Economics, or related disciplines
5+ years of experience in analytics, business intelligence, or performance analysis within retail, luxury, FMCG, or similar environments
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to manage end-to-end analysis (from problem framing to recommendations)
Advanced proficiency in Excel and strong experience with BI tools (e.g., Power BI) and dashboard development
Ability to work with large, complex datasets across multiple sources (e.g., CRM, POS, traffic, product data)
Strong business acumen with the ability to translate data into strategic insights and actions
Excellent communication and storytelling skills, with experience presenting to senior stakeholders
High level of accuracy, ownership, and attention to detail, with strong governance mindset
Fluency in English; Cantonese and Mandarin are advantageous
