Job Requirements:
Asset Data Ownership:
• Own asset data accuracy across procurement, deployment, recovery, and retirement
• Identify and resolve missing, inconsistent, or incorrect asset attributes
• Act as the final validation gate before dashboards, audits, and leadership reporting
Asset Reporting & Dashboards:
• Build and maintain Power BI / EverBI dashboards for inventory, recovery, compliance, and executive reviews
• Define and document KPI logic, calculations, assumptions, and exclusions
• Deliver weekly, monthly, and ad-hoc reports to IT Ops, Asset, Finance, and Leadership
Asset Recovery & Audit Readiness:
• Support asset recovery programs through data analysis and reconciliation
• Prepare audit-ready datasets and evidence
• Respond to audit queries with clear logic and traceability
Systems & Data Reconciliation:
• Reconcile data between EverAsset, ServiceNow, and Workday
• Support bulk uploads, data corrections, and integration validations
• Document data ownership boundaries across IT, Procurement, Vendors, and Ops
Vendor & Stakeholder Interaction:
• Validate vendor-provided asset data including logistics, RMA, and replacements
• Partner with IT Ops, Asset Management, Procurement, Finance, and external vendors
• Translate complex data issues into clear, business-ready explanations
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in:
• Information Technology /Computer Science or equivalent.
Technical Skills
• Advanced Excel (Power Query, validations)
• Strong SQL (joins, reconciliation, data quality checks)
• Power BI / EverBI (DAX preferred)
• Exposure to ServiceNow reporting or ITSM datasets
• Understanding of IT asset lifecycle and CMDB concepts
Experience
• 7-10 years of experience in Data Analytics within IT Operations, Asset management, ITSM, or Infrastructure
• Proven experience working with messy operational data
• Exposure to audits, compliance, or asset recovery is strongly preferred advanced Excel (Power Query, validations)
• Strong SQL (joins, reconciliation, data quality checks)
• Power BI / EverBI (DAX preferred)
• Exposure to ServiceNow reporting or ITSM datasets
• Understanding of IT asset lifecycle and CMDB concepts
