About the Role

Responsible for developing engaging visual, motion and video content that supports AIA Myanmar's brand, marketing and communication objectives. The role focuses on multimedia production, animation, video editing and digital content creation while ensuring brand consistency, supporting stakeholder requirements and continuously building creative capabilities.

Roles and Responsibilities:

  • Create motion graphics, animations, videos, and multimedia assets for digital, social media, events, and communication initiatives, while developing visual concepts, storyboards, and creative approaches for campaigns, employee engagement activities, corporate communications, and brand initiatives.
  • Produce engaging multimedia and visual content for social media, websites, events, presentations, and internal communications, simplifying complex information to enhance audience engagement.
  • Utilize approved AI creative tools to support content production, basic AI video creation, visual asset generation and creative storytelling.
  • Support video production projects including pre-production planning, storyboarding, filming, editing and post-production activities.
  • Create and edit high-quality videos, motion graphics, and animated content for digital, internal, and external communications.
  • Support the development of creative assets for campaigns, product launches, corporate events and engagement activities.
  • Assist in the production of large scales event visuals, presentation content, stage visuals and digital display materials.
  • Work with external agencies, videographers, photographers and production partners when required.
  • Ensure all creative outputs align with AIA brand guidelines, maintaining consistency, quality, accuracy, and effective visual communication across all channels.
  • Stay updated on creative trends, design tools, multimedia technologies and AI-assisted creative solutions.
  • Contribute ideas and recommendations to improve content effectiveness, storytelling and audience engagement.
  • Explore new creative formats, PPT transactional preparation, techniques and approaches to enhance communication outcomes.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to develop creative solutions, present concepts, manage feedback, and deliver projects on time.

Minimum Job Requirements:

  • Professional training or certification in Adobe Creative Suite, motion graphics, video editing or related creative disciplines would be an advantage.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in multimedia design, creative production, digital content creation or a related field.
  • Experience in visual storytelling, graphic design, motion graphics and video content development.
  • Experience creating content across digital and social media platforms.
  • Experience supporting communication campaigns, brand initiatives and engagement activities.
  • Experience working with multiple stakeholders and managing concurrent projects.
  • Strong creative thinking and storytelling ability.
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, including Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro and After Effects.
  • Knowledge of animation, motion graphics and video editing techniques.
  • Strong understanding of design principles, branding, layout, typography and visual communication.
  • Ability to convert complex information into engaging visual content.
  • Good project management and organisational skills.
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Proficiency in both English and Myanmar languages.
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
