• Support daily operations, staffing, and recruiting.
• Deliver exceptional guest experiences.
• Lead by example behind the chair.

What We're Looking For

• Valid cosmetology license.
• Leadership experience preferred.
• Strong sales, communication, and organizational skills.
• Flexible availability, including weekends.
