Job Description
Interwood Mobel is seeking a dedicated and results-oriented Assistant Manager - Corporate Sales to enhance our corporate sales efforts. The ideal candidate will play a pivotal role in developing strong relationships with corporate clients and driving sales strategies to meet the company’s objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support the development and execution of the corporate sales strategy to achieve business growth and revenue targets
- Build and nurture strong relationships with corporate clients, key decision-makers, and stakeholders to generate new business
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities by effectively presenting Interwood’s value proposition
- Conduct market research to stay informed on industry trends, customer needs, and competitor activities
- Collaborate with internal teams (design, operations, and project teams) to ensure seamless execution and client satisfaction
- Prepare impactful sales presentations, proposals, and customized solutions for clients
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, or a related field.
3-5 years of experience in corporate sales or account management, preferably within the furniture or interior industry.
Skills & Competencies:
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to engage effectively with clients.
- Proven track record of meeting sales targets and developing corporate accounts.
- Excellent negotiation, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team environment.
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office applications.
