
Requirements:
* Financial modelling, power point presentations, preparing business plans, PPM, project concepts, in-depth industry analytical skills, good in project evaluation risk management & analysis.
* Good skills in corporate valuation, WACC / IRR / NPV, business valuation, opportunity assessments, energy & water sectors knowledge, preparing management accounts and performance reports of investments / portfolios, knowhow of statutory audits and annual statutory audits of investments.
* Good contacts in banking, capital markets, VC's & PE firms, tech houses in USA and Europe. knowhow of ECA & EXIM financing. Raising debts for projects.
* Timely and accurate delivery of quality reports, knowhow of legal requirements of transactions and business opportunism. Wastewater establish SPV's. Liaise with lawyers for legal due diligences, preparing SPA's, SHA, projects structures, shareholding & capitalization.
* Collaborate with financial and commercial consultants, track record of financial, commercial and technical due diligence of greenfield and brownfield projects & opportunities in solar PV, oil & gas, soil remediation, bulk water separation BOT water & wastewater projects, enhanced oil recovery, energy efficiency, vertical temp-controlled farming, sustainable green development.
Qualifications:
* Proven track record of successful projects & transactions done in the field of ESG, renewable energy, green bonds, revenue bonds, private equity deals, VC deals, electric batteries, solar PV projects, water security projects, municipal waste & recycling. food security, hydroponic farming, fintech, digital banking.
* Versatile in corporate finance and investment banking field and multitasking.
* Must be a responsible personnel for all tasks assigned to him and deliver in timely manner. Good in industry research, gather deal flows, initial screening of deals.
* Bachelor's or Master's degree from a recognized university.
* 5-7 years of fintech, investment banking & project management.
* Professional qualifications in project management are a plus.
* Analytical Thinker with exceptional communication skills.
* In depth Data Analysis and research skills.
