Job Description

Seeking a well-organized and professional individual to work in Ohel’s CORE Services (Community Oriented Recovery and Empowerment Services) Program as an Assistant Manager. Through the Peer Support and Psychosocial Rehabilitation (PSR), CORE Services provides mental health treatment and ancillary support to adults ages 21+. The CORE Assistant Manager is responsible for hiring, scheduling, assigning, overseeing, and reviewing work of direct care providers and provides staff training and assistance in development of appropriate treatment goals and interventions. The Assistant Manager also works on planning recreation activities for the clients to receive services in group settings. The Assistant Manager works as member of a multidisciplinary team and facilitates collaboration with other Ohel services. Candidate should be a strong communicator, have excellent writing and computer skills, and possess leadership abilities. Masters and Licensure in a mental health profession required with experience working with individuals with mental health challenges.
