We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced professional to manage the preparation, consolidation, and reporting of financial statements across multiple entities. The role requires strong technical accounting knowledge, proficiency in consolidation processes, and the ability to ensure compliance with applicable accounting standards (IFRS/US GAAP/Ind AS).

Key Responsibilities

Financial Consolidation

  • Prepare consolidated financial statements for the group, including subsidiaries, associates, and joint ventures.
  • Ensure elimination of intercompany transactions and balances.
  • Maintain consolidation models and tools for accuracy and efficiency.

Reporting & Compliance

  • Draft monthly and annual consolidated financial reports in line with IFRS/US GAAP/Ind AS.
  • Support statutory audits by providing reconciliations, schedules, and explanations.
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and internal policies.

🧾 Analysis & Insights

  • Perform variance analysis between actuals, budgets, and forecasts.
  • Provide management with insights into group-level financial performance.
  • Identify risks and opportunities in financial reporting.

Process Improvement

  • Streamline consolidation and reporting processes to improve timeliness and accuracy.
  • Implement automation tools and best practices for reporting efficiency.

🤝 Stakeholder Collaboration

  • Liaise with finance teams across subsidiaries to ensure timely submission of financial data.
  • Partner with auditors, tax advisors, and regulatory bodies as required.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
  • Professional certification (CA, CPA, ACCA, CMA) preferred.
  • 3+ years of experience in financial consolidation and reporting.
  • Strong knowledge of IFRS/US GAAP/Ind AS.
  • Proficiency in consolidation tools (SAP, Hyperion, OneStream, Planful, NS, etc.).
  • Advanced Excel and financial modeling skills.
