Your Role on the Team
Cloverdale Plaza is an 180 unit affordable multi-family community in Bossier City, LA. Our Assistant Community Manager's role is responsible for the overall functions of one of our properties. This position will be underneath our community manager who will help lead and oversee a variety of functions at the property including: rental applications through HUD Section 8 and Tax Credit, rent collections, annual re certifications, compliance, filing, customer service, unit inspections, etc. Our Assistant Community Manager's role will also help oversee and guide overall maintenance functions for the property to ensure curb appeal, unit turns, and work orders. The Assistant Community Manager will also help oversee and lead various office personnel such as the Leasing Agent.
