The Assistant Manager – Cloud Operations is responsible for supporting the day-to-day operation, reliability, governance, security, and optimization of Azure and Google Cloud Platform (GCP) environments. The role works closely with infrastructure, security, application, service desk, vendors, managed service providers, and business stakeholders to ensure cloud services are stable, secure, resilient, cost-effective, and aligned with business requirements.
The role also supports Site Reliability Engineering (SRE) practices, including service availability, monitoring, incident response, reliability improvement, automation, and operational excellence.
