Supporting the Delhi Client Service team. AUM is approx. 28480 Crores
In addition, Meerut AUM is about 188 Crores which is also handled by Delhi.
To be able to execute all client service functions at Delhi office including handling of petty cash / vendor payments.
To support front desk activities like acceptance & time stamping of applications, handling walk in clients for their queries and complaints. Proper scrutiny & other quality checks for an application form. Ability to complete standard verification from client/distributor.
Filling of deposit slip and handling cheque banking as per guidelines. Reporting of large value transactions through the TITAN reporting system.
Should be able to handle inbound/ outbound calls. Should be able to independently handle complex queries/ escalations from MFDs/ Investors / Sales team
Branch Administration related work/ correspondence with different functions.
Ability to coordinate and work with Registrar/Head Office/ Vendors/ MFDs.
Coordination with Sales team and resolving their queries.

Relevant Mutual Fund industry experience only
What is the prior experience expected? 7-10 years. Preferably from Mutual Fund Background or from Banks What qualification you should have? Graduate with Commerce Stream/MBA Finance
