We are looking for a proactive and client-focused Executive – Client Servicing to act as a key link between clients and internal creative, design, and execution teams. The role involves managing client communication, understanding briefs, coordinating deliverables, and ensuring projects are executed smoothly and to a high standard.

Beyond traditional client servicing, the ideal candidate will bring creative curiosity, strong research skills, presentation capabilities, and a solutions-oriented mindset This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys client interaction, event experiences, creative ideation, and working in a fast-paced agency environment.

Key Responsibilities

Client & Account Management

• Serve as a key point of contact for clients across projects and ongoing requirements.
• Attend client meetings, understand briefs, clarify requirements, and translate them into actionable deliverables.
• Maintain proactive and timely communication with clients and internal stakeholders.
• Build strong, long-term client relationships through responsiveness and consistent service quality.
• Coordinate with creative, design, content, production, and other internal teams to ensure smooth project execution.
• Track deliverables, timelines, feedback, and follow-ups to ensure projects stay on schedule.
• Support account growth by identifying opportunities within existing client relationships and contributing to new business initiatives.

Creative Research & Ideation

• Research global event, experiential marketing, brand engagement, and consumer trends
• Bring fresh ideas, themes, formats, references, and concepts to pitches and client projects.
• Support brainstorming sessions with relevant research, mood boards, references, and creative inspiration.
• Stay updated on pop culture, entertainment, digital trends, technology, and emerging audience engagement formats
• Understand client objectives and contribute practical, creative, and solutions-oriented recommendations.
• Help the team develop innovative concepts that create meaningful brand and audience experiences.

Presentations & Proposal Development

• Assist in developing compelling pitch decks, event proposals, presentations, and event flow documents
• Work closely with design and content teams to create visually engaging and strategically aligned presentations.
• Support proposal structuring, budgeting inputs, timelines, and other client-facing materials.
• Ensure presentations and proposals are accurate, polished, well-structured, and aligned with brand requirements.
• Support the team in preparing materials for client presentations and new business pitches.

What's Makes You a Great Fit

• 3+ years of experience in client servicing, account management, experiential marketing, events, advertising, or a related agency environment.
• Strong client communication and relationship-management skills.
• Ability to understand client briefs and convert requirements into clear, actionable deliverables.
• Strong organizational and project coordination skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong research, presentation, and storytelling abilities
• Creative mindset with an interest in events, brand experiences, entertainment, digital trends, and consumer engagement.
• Comfortable working with PowerPoint/presentation tools and developing client-facing decks.
• Ability to collaborate effectively with creative, design, content, production, and commercial teams.
