
Manages Table Games and Slot Operations on an assigned shift, placing special emphasis on guest service, security of assets, positive employee motivation, and coaching. Functions in relief of Table Games Manager as assigned.
Essential Job Functions:
Provides for safety and security.
Supports a positive culture by addressing teammate concerns and giving recognition.
Recommends and prepares written disciplinary action.
Remains knowledgeable of current property promotions and can lead team huddle.
Complete knowledge of Table Games manual and procedures.
Displays working knowledge of table games software and Microsoft Office and can make accurate computer entries.
Complies with Title 31 and AML requirements.
Monitors legal compliance with federal, state, and gaming laws.
Five years casino experience required, preferably in slots, pit and/or poker operation.
Knowledge of casino rules, gaming/AML regulations and procedures pertinent to Slots and Pit operations is preferred.
Must possess excellent customer relations, leadership, and communication skills.
Must be able to plan and direct projects.
Three years leadership experience.
Must be able to read, write, speak, and understand English.
Must be willing to work any day of the week and any shift, including holidays.
Must be able to get along with teammates and work as a team.
Must present a well-groomed appearance.
Depending on experience, pay starts at $72,000 annually
