Our client is a leading healthcare organization providing high-quality medical services and focused on continuous business growth and expansion.

The Assistant Manager – Business Development will drive business growth for the laboratory network through new partnerships, corporate relationships, marketing initiatives, and service expansion.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and develop new business opportunities.
• Drive sales and support achievement of business targets.
• Develop corporate partnerships, healthcare packages, and outreach programs.
• Build relationships with doctors, corporate clients, insurers, and healthcare stakeholders.
• Coordinate CMEs, health camps, exhibitions, and corporate wellness programs.
• Support the launch and expansion of healthcare services.
• Work with marketing and digital teams on lead generation activities.
• Monitor business development performance and KPIs.

Qualifications & Requirements

• Diploma or higher qualification in Sales, Marketing, Business, or a related field.
• 2–3 years of experience in business development, sales, or marketing.
• Healthcare or hospital industry experience is highly advantageous.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Good presentation and event coordination abilities.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools.
• Ability to manage multiple projects, deadlines, and KPIs.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
