Job Overview

The Assistant Manager – Business Development will drive sales growth, identify new business opportunities, manage customer relationships, and expand the Industry Services portfolio.

Key Responsibilities

• Drive sales of Industry Services across multiple sectors.
• Identify and convert new business opportunities while managing existing customer accounts.
• Conduct B2B meetings, presentations, client visits, and promotional activities.
• Collaborate with Operations and Marketing teams on product and market development initiatives.
• Manage proposals, presentations, and follow-ups.
• Prepare quotations and respond to customer inquiries promptly.
• Support business growth through existing clients, prospects, and strategic partners.

Qualifications & Requirements

• Diploma or Degree in Mechanical Engineering or Electrical Engineering.
• 2–4 years of experience in sales and/or business development.
• Experience in a service-oriented organization is an advantage.
• Familiarity with Oil & Gas, Power & Utilities, Process Industries, Construction, or Manufacturing is preferred.
• Strong verbal and written English communication skills.
• Excellent presentation and reporting skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office applications.
• Self-motivated, disciplined, and results-oriented.
