PURPOSE
• Be responsible for designing the insurance related system and functions, work together with project team on implementation and deployment to support FWD strategic target.
• Lead the system core functions and be a product owner to make sure the product design aligned with user requirements across multiple markets and achieve business goals
• Act as a BA lead to key BU and support the project delivery in line with countries’ product requirements
• Work with Group solution management and assist the solution design and requirement discussion
PURPOSE

- Work with Group solution management and assist the solution design and requirement discussion
KEY ACCOUNTAIBILITIES
- Manage and lead up to medium scale project team, arrange project team resources assigned according to projects implementation plan
- Translate user requirements to functional specs, lead the team members to formulate solution proposal for the functions and make sure the proposal meeting countries’ requirements
- Communicate with different levels of stakeholders and influence their buy-in on the best-fit solutions
- Carry out feasibility study of requirements and functional specs with users and other functional stakeholders
- Participate into the system design review and collaborate with the development team to prioritize the development tasks.
- Periodical review and evaluate the product design to improve reusability ratio for different BUs.
- Coach team members to prepare solution proposal on requirement and functional specification.
- Build up a set of methodology to track daily, weekly, and monthly metrics and reports to improve the system performance.
- Conduct insightful, ad hoc analyses to investigate ongoing or one-time operational issues
- Build and develop an insurance functions COE to ensure a sustainable support to countries.

KPI to enable Polaris strategy:
- Execute the Polaris strategy by respective initiatives to facilitate the digital and cloud-enabled transformations
- Increase the reusability of business solution and source code in the transformation process
- Improve better service availability for 24 x 7 support
Business indicators:
- Continuously improve FWD insurance product design
- Continuously improve FWD assessment/STP solution design and delivery management
Technical indicators:
- IT Support Employees per End Users: Ratio support employees vs end-users
- Manage to meet the preset standard per the IT Service Level Agreement (SLA)
- Manage to build high reusability rules design
- Continuously improve FWD system design
- Understand the user’s requirement
- Provide completed solution

QUALIFICATIONS / EXPERIENCE
- Bachelor’s / master’s degree in computer science, computer engineering or equivalent experience.
- 5+ Insurance experience
- Experience on the insurance system and business analyst roles
- Ability to communicate and influence all levels
- Ability to transform customer requirements into technology requirements
