THE JOB:
The Assistant Beverage Manager plays a key role in supporting beverage leadership across the various outlets at Beau Rivage. In this dynamic position, you will step in to provide leadership coverage where needed, ensuring seamless operations and an exceptional guest experience. During these assignments, you will oversee all aspects of the outlet’s daily beverage operations, from team leadership and service standards to maintaining the high-quality experience our guests expect.
THE DAY-TO-DAY:
Manage operational functions with flair, aligning with our strategic vision
Elevate guest service standards, embodying our core values and brand attributes
Ensures smooth, cost-effective operations, from labor management to inventory control
Be the driving force behind exceptional service during your shift
Guide and inspire Beverage staff, ensuring a seamless schedule
THE IDEAL CANDIDATE:
Exhibits 2+ years of prior relevant experience.
Holds a high school diploma or GED
Demonstrates flexibility to work varied shifts, including weekends and holidays
Thrives under pressure and excels in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
