
Mandatory Reference Checking Scheme (“MRC”) for Hong Kong
The Mandatory Reference Checking Scheme is a framework to facilitate Authorized Institutions (“AIs”) to bilaterally obtain reference information during their recruitment process for certain positions, such that misconduct information in an individual’s previous employments can be provided to AIs to inform their employment decisions.

Job Responsibilities:
• Monitor the processes of remote account to ensure completeness of all the customer due diligence documentation, clearance of AML name scanning, risk scoring and negative checking adhere to the Bank’s relevant policies
• Manage the inMotion account opening and quality assurance process, ensure the record is timely updated in system
• Monitor the process of customer information update and staff account maintenance request ensuring the instruction is timely and properly updated into relevant systems
• Manage the return mail process, ensure the returned record is timely updated in system and the returned document is properly resent to customer
• Monitor the process of signature imaging, cheque book request, phone banking and internet banking maintenance as well as document scanning process.
• Monitor and stock control the ATM / i-banking pin mailer and security token for staff and remote account
• Ensure proper management approval on deviations of each tasks
• Assign tasks to the maker pool & monitor their completion within SLA
• Assist manager to review and update procedure manuals
• Initiate streamline ideas on daily operations to increase job efficiency
• Participate in different system enhancement UATs as assigned
• Take up other ad hoc tasks as assigned
