One of those programs is the highly visible Banana Program, a unique initiative sponsored by Amazon Global Real Estate & Facilities (GREF) that provides free, healthy, and compostable snacks to employees across North America.
As our Assistant Manager, Banana Program, you'll help lead a team dedicated to creating exceptional customer experiences while fostering an engaging and supportive workplace. You'll coach and develop Lead Banistas and Banistas, promote operational excellence, and drive consistency across Banana Stand locations.
In this role, you'll partner with leadership to implement best practices, elevate team performance, and ensure every interaction reflects our commitment to outstanding service. Your leadership will directly influence employee growth, customer satisfaction, and the continued success of the program.

Location: Seattle (South Lake Union) & Bellevue, WA
Schedule Full-time, 7:30am-4:00pm with flexibility to work evenings and weekends as needed.
Salary Range: $85,800 - $99,278 per year
