Here you'd be the person the Branch Manager leans on to make that happen every day, not just when things go wrong. You'll be on your feet through peak trade, making decisions under pressure, and answering for the numbers alongside your manager. If you want a desk job, this isn't it. What the job actually looks like

• Co-own the store's sales targets and day-to-day operational efficiency alongside the Branch Manager.
• Staff the floor with the right people, and keep them sharp on standards and pace.
• Keep product quality and customer satisfaction consistent, shift after shift.
• Run the team in line with Hungry Lion's policies and procedures - no shortcuts.

What we need from you

• Successful completion of high school.
• 2 years' experience in a supervisory role specifically in a QSR environment.
• Advantage: a tertiary qualification.
