Weâre looking for a motivated leader to join our team as a Floating Manager
This role is designed to help prepare future Store Managers by working between locations to support operations, drive sales, follow process, and help teams succeed.
Youâll help:
- Cover manager days off
- Support stores on busy days
- Drive customer experience and sales
- Ensure technicians follow process and hit goals
- Help stores stay organized, productive, and profitable
- Learn what it takes to successfully run a store
đĽ What Youâll Do
- Support daily shop operations between multiple locations
- Assist with customer service, phone calls, and sales
- Build estimates and communicate with customers
- Help manage workflow and productivity
- Ensure inspections, recommendations, and processes are completed properly
- Coach and motivate technicians and teammates
- Learn inventory, operations, and leadership responsibilities
đ What Weâre Looking For
- Automotive repair and/or service writing experience
- Leadership mindset with strong communication skills
- Ability to follow process and hold standards
- Team player with strong work ethic
- Wants to grow into a Store Manager role
- Flexible and able to travel between locations as needed
