Ltd, a BookMyShow Enterprise established in 2019, is committed to crafting unique experiences that connect with a new generation of event attendees and fostering a community of like-minded individuals along the way. Initially starting with college festivals and their campus ambassador network, TribeVibe now operates across multiple verticals like touring, artist programming, curating & producing branded IPs, and their IP- VIBIN’ Festival, creating memorable experiences for audiences and artists.

So far, TribeVibe has meticulously curated 1500+ college festivals, worked with 10k+ ambassadors, produced 250+ shows and curated multiple branded IPs PAN India, worked with 500+ emerging & established artists, and last but not least, had a very successful first season of VIBIN’ Festival with 75k+ footfall across 5 cities. With this, TribeVibe continues to innovate, inspire, and transform its experiences for audiences nationwide.

You’ll manage TribeVibe’s exclusive talent while driving revenue through brand collaborations, live shows, and strategic partnerships. You’ll handle day-to-day talent management, build industry relationships, and generate new booking opportunities to grow both artist visibility and business.

Your Profile

• Build and maintain direct relationships with all talent, managing the full scope of engagements, schedules, and contractual requirements.
• Continuously scout emerging talent and stay current with industry trends, identifying artists that align with the company's creative vision.
• Oversee the full programming process, coordinating with artists, performers, and technical staff to schedule and integrate performances seamlessly.
• Collaborate with technical teams to ensure stage setups, lighting, sound, and visual effects are aligned with the artistic concept.
• Drive business development by pitching artists for brand collaborations, live shows, and digital campaigns while actively building new industry partnerships.
• Identify monetization opportunities, generate new booking prospects, and contribute to revenue growth through end-to-end deal execution.
• Provide on-site event management, troubleshooting technical and logistical issues in real time to ensure smooth execution of all programming elements.
• Assist in budget planning, monitor expenditures, maintain accurate records, and conduct post-event evaluations to drive continuous improvement.

Your Checklist

• 6+ years of experience in the events industry, with a strong focus on artist management and programming.
• Strong understanding of artists, performance formats, and evolving cultural trends.
• Basic knowledge of event production, including lighting, sound, staging, and multimedia setups.
• Proven project management skills with the ability to handle multiple stakeholders and priorities.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively with artists, technicians, and internal teams.
• Strong problem-solving ability with quick decision-making in high-pressure situations.
• Experience in budget management with a focus on cost efficiency without compromising quality.
