The role focuses on identifying, analyzing, and prioritizing business needs, leading structured requirements gathering, and clearly defining scope and objectives for technology initiatives. It evaluates existing business processes and recommends solutions or improvements using new technologies or optimized use of existing systems. The position ensures accurate translation of business requirements into detailed application requirements, supports solution design, and enables alignment between business stakeholders and IT delivery teams. The role drives process efficiency, data-driven decision-making, and sustainable digital adoption across pharmaceutical functions.
