About the team you are joining

You will report to Manager Airport Operations, Performance and Analytics and you will work closely with Slots, Aeronautical Charges, Airport Development & Customer Experience and Facilitation in the SLICE department, other IATA support departments such as procurement, legal, finance and externally, with vendors and event partners.

What your day would be like

You will ensure effective coordination and delivery of events and division-wide activities, maintain accurate, consistent, and structured trackers and operational data, support efficient procurement and compliance processes, enable clear communication and documentation across SLICE, improve coordination, visibility, and governance across teams and support the progressive integration of data and reporting into operations.

Specifically, you will focus on:

  • Events Coordination (35%): IATA Slots Conferences and WFS /WPS, governance meetings, other SLICE industry events
  • Tracking and Operational Reporting (35%): Develop and maintain structured trackers on budget, legal / compliance, campaigns / advocacy, projects, consulting
  • Communications (10%): content management for intranet, iata.org and SharePoint.
  • Procurement, Processes and Governance (10%): SAP procurement workflow, vendor and purchase / GRs tracking, SOPs and compliance, process optimization.
  • Training Coordination (10%): scheduling, logistics, tracking participation.

We would love to hear from you if

Bachelor’s degree in business administration, management, operations, communications or a related field. 

2–5 years of relevant experience in coordination/ administrative role, operations, Event management and logistics, procurement or process-oriented environments  

Proficiency in Microsoft Office, experience with SAP or similar ERP and SharePoint are essential.

Experience managing structured trackers or datasets and knowledge of Power BI will be an advantage.

An understanding of procurement processes / governance frameworks and exposure to aviation, infrastructure, or global events in an international environment will be an advantage.

Strong organizational and coordination skills with a structured, process-oriented mindset. 

Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines with high attention to detail and accuracy. 

Proactive, solution-driven approach with strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
