As a member of our family-owned business, you will be responsible for facilitating all aspects of an activity program and planning of promotions; from getting investment, promotional support, product forecasting, execution, and post-activity evaluation. Reporting to the Regional Head of Commercial and as an Assistant Advertising & Promotions Manager, you will
• develop and oversee the annual brand activities and promotion strategy for retail and distribution channels, ensuring seamless and efficient execution of the marketing plan.
• lead the analysis of marketing activities and promotions by evaluating sales reports and key metrics, optimizing campaigns for effectiveness, and generating comprehensive post-activity reports for stakeholders to maximize Return of Investments.
• take ownership of promotion analysis reports to track efficiency and conduct ROI/cost analysis, ensuring optimal outcomes for market investments.
• manage the procurement of cost-effective marketing assets from vendors across all stores and upload promotion briefings to the internal portal and ensure the seamless execution of promotions in-store.
• build and maintain strong partnerships with vendors to continuously access new opportunities and secure the best investment and promotional support, enhancing business efficiency and profitability, with the support of the Commercial team.
• understand the digital landscape where opportunities can be integrated to secure investment and support sustainable financial growth for the category.
• a Degree in Business, Marketing or any related discipline with a practical experience of at least five years in a Marketing function within the Retail or FMCG industry
• proficiency in using SAP system and Microsoft Office such as Excel, Power Point, Word, Outlook, Visio and Teams.
• excellent communication and stakeholder management skills with sound financial and strong analytical skills combined with sound business acumen.
• a pronounced can-do attitude, complemented by the capability to multi-task and the flexibility to handle changing requirements in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
• an organized and structured method in working with keen attention to details.
