Job Description

Job Purpose

As the Assistant Manager Acquisition Channel for Business Introducers, you will be responsible for developing, managing, and optimizing the Business Introducer (BI) channel to drive SME customer acquisition for Mashreq NeoBiz. This role is pivotal in expanding NeoBiz’s reach through strategic partnerships with CSPs, free zones, and other SME enablers, ensuring a seamless and compliant onboarding experience.

Key Result Areas

Channel Strategy & Growth

  • Build and execute a scalable acquisition strategy for the BI channel.
  • Onboard and activate new introducers—CSPs, consultants, free zones, and ecosystem players.
  • Launch co-branded referral programs to drive qualified lead flow.

Relationship Management

  • Develop strong, long-term partnerships with introducers.

  • Run regular engagement touchpoints—training, feedback, and performance reviews.

  • Keep introducers motivated through structured incentives and recognition.

Performance & Analytics

  • Monitor channel performance metrics including lead conversion, onboarding timelines, and customer quality.
  • Implement incentive structures and recognition programs to motivate introducers.

Compliance & Governance

  • Ensure introducer activities align with Mashreq’s compliance standards including KYC, AML, and onboarding protocols.
  • Collaborate with legal, compliance and governance teams to maintain high integrity across the channel.

Collaboration & Enablement

Operating Environment, Framework and Boundaries, Working Relationships

  • You’ll operate in a fast-moving, digital-first SME banking space, working within Mashreq’s compliance and governance framework to ensure secure, seamless onboarding through partner-led channels.

  • You’ll collaborate cross-functionally with product, onboarding, and compliance teams, while managing external relationships with CSPs, consultants, and SME enablers to drive acquisition and channel growth.

    Problem Solving

  • Use data-driven insights to troubleshoot channel inefficiencies, optimize lead conversion, and improve onboarding speed across Business Introducers.

  • Proactively resolve partner challenges by collaborating with internal teams and applying agile thinking to deliver smooth, compliant onboarding experiences.

    Decision Making Authority & Responsibility

  • Responsible for managing day-to-day channel operations, partner engagement activities, and performance tracking within defined frameworks and policies.

Knowledge, Skills and Experience

  • 3 – 5 years in SME banking, fintech, or partner/channel development.

  • Strong grasp of the UAE SME ecosystem—especially CSPs and free zones.

  • Experience with digital onboarding, CRM platforms, and partner enablement.

  • Great communication, stakeholder management, and analytical skills
