Job Description

General Summary:

The Accounts Manager is in charge of group consolidation financial report, subsidiaries company accounts and overseas sales office accounts.

Principal Responsibilities:

  • Prepare monthly group consolidation financial report include monthly forecast P&L, monthly financial report and yearly budget and yearly financial report
  • Prepare holding company audited financial statement report and handling holding company financial year end audit
  • Prepare monthly overseas subsidiary financial report include monthly forecast P&L, monthly financial report and yearly budget and yearly financial report
  • Review subsidiaries company audited financial statement reports
  • In charge and monitor overseas regional office (RO) & country office (CO) finance functions
  • To monitor, review and analyze RO & CO gross profit margin and net profit margin and perform all
  • necessary sales related financial analysis reports
  • In charge customer credit review and AR control and monitoring
  • To ensure local compliance for taxation and accounting standard in respective RO & CO countries
  • To handle treasury functions for all company accounts in-charge
  • To in-charge of BNM report for group reporting
  • To in-charge company insurance
  • To assist in other accounting functions of the company as and when required by HOD
  • The company may at any time, deemed necessary, add or amend any of this job responsibilities

Knowledge, Skill and Ability Requirements:

  • At least 5 years of relevant experience in handling full set accounts, managing overseas sales office finance functions and able to prepare group consolidation accounts
  • Posses high integrity, independent and analytical and communications skills together with a strong sense of responsibility
  • Proactive, self-motivated, multi-tasking and performance driven
  • Proficient in Excel, Words and PowerPoint and experience in ERP system such as JDE will be preferred

Education Requirements:

  • Candidate must possess a degree or professional qualification in Accountancy or its equivalent
  • Preferred background of working experience : Manufacturing related
  • Preferable Chinese speaking candidate who willing to work at Kajang, Selangor (Fixed travel allowance will be offered)
