The Day-to-Day Activities:

  • Build relationships/partnerships with merchants and manage their performance on Grabfood.
  • Manage a portfolio of Grab food accounts. Responsible for growing GMV. increase ads spend and merchant funding.
  • Conduct regular business reviews and initiate/implement Joint Business plans
  • Keep abreast of the market and industry situation and competitor activity in order to revise and develop strategies to meet market changes and merchants' requirements.

Qualifications

The Must-Haves:

  • Bachelor's Degree in any field
  • Preferably at least 5+ years of experience in sales and account management in the Food or e-Commerce industry.
  • Excellent interpersonal, communication, and strong internal and external selling and negotiation skills.
  • Showcases passion and leadership. Team player and self motivated.
  • Strong organizational & analytical skills.
  • Ability to collaborate effectively within a multifunctional environment.
