We serve traditional British pub favourites, from classic fish and chips and hearty pies to juicy burgers. With live sport on Sky Sports and TNT Sports, live music, quiz nights and outdoor seating, we're a great place for guests to come together, relax and enjoy themselves.
We're looking for an enthusiastic Assistant Manager to support the General Manager, lead from the front and help deliver brilliant experiences for our guests and team.
What's the opportunity?
As Assistant Manager, you'll play an important role in the day-to-day running of The Glassworks, helping to create a fantastic atmosphere, develop your team and drive business performance.
Ideally, you'll have previous experience in hospitality, such as a pub, bar, restaurant or similar environment, and be ready to take the next step in your management career.
We're looking for someone who is hands-on, enjoys working with people and has the confidence to help lead a busy pub.

As this role may involve covering the business in the General Manager's absence, you'll need to be eligible to hold a Personal Licence. You don't need to have one when you apply. If you're successful, Greene King will support you through the process of obtaining your licence.
