• Your experience: whether that's leading a team, managing fast-paced shifts, or delivering great customer experiences, you'll bring the skills and confidence to make an impact from day one
• Master the shift: keep every shift running smoothly through effective planning, smart scheduling, and putting the right people in the right place at the right time. Using real-time insights, you'll drive sales, control costs, and help grow profitability
• Hungry for growth: keen to learn, develop and take on new challenges in a fast-paced restaurant environment
• Spot and nurture talent: actively develop your team, recognise potential and help to grow the next generation of leaders​
• Owning the customer journey: take full ownership of the Nando's customer journey on shift across Eat-in, Collect and Delivery
