Evening Shift Assistant Manager

Restaurant Operations

We are seeking a dependable and motivated Evening Shift Assistant Manager to support daily restaurant operations and lead our team during evening hours. This role is ideal for a hands-on leader who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is passionate about delivering excellent guest experiences.

Schedule

• Evening shift beginning at 3:00 PM
• Full-time schedule with weekend and holiday availability required

Key Responsibilities

• Support the General & Store Manager in overseeing evening operations
• Supervise and lead team members during assigned shifts
• Ensure exceptional customer service and timely resolution of guest concerns
• Maintain food safety, cleanliness, and operational standards
• Assist with opening/closing duties, cash handling, and inventory control
• Coach and motivate staff to meet performance expectations

Qualifications

• Previous restaurant or food service leadership experience preferred
• Strong communication and team leadership skills
• Ability to multitask and remain calm under pressure
• Flexible availability, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
• Reliable, punctual, and results-oriented
