Set up and maintain Budget Control Reports (BCRs), forecasts and accruals on an ongoing basis, with extensive use of Excel. Act as the control point for MPAs by maintaining accurate files and serving as the central repository for related documentation. Set up and maintain fee and/or job dockets. Track and maintain intercompany service records (ISRs). Liaise with clients regarding purchase order issues, billing issues and accounts receivable statements. Liaise with suppliers on accounts payable issues. Coordinate with the accounts receivable and collections teams to help keep client receivables clean and current. Work with shared services teams to resolve billing and payables issues. Investigate discrepancies and follow up with the appropriate stakeholders until resolution. Maintain proficiency in DDS and SAP, support technical knowledge sharing, and provide training as required. Review and approve draft billing before live billing is issued to the client. Use the accounting system to run time reports as requested. Pull financial updates and billing summaries for client meetings as required. Support the Finance Director and broader team on relevant ad hoc projects and assignments. Graduate in Accounting or MBA Finance or CA (Inter) 4-6 years of experience in FP&A
