Assistant Manager, Offshore Strategy & Enablement
This role serves as a key partner to offshore strategy leadership, helping execute governance, workforce planning, performance management, reporting, and operational improvement initiatives that support LRMC's global delivery and offshoring objectives.
Responsibilities
- Offshore Strategy Execution & Program Support
- Support the execution of LRMC's offshore workforce strategy, partnering with leadership to implement initiatives that align with business objectives and operational priorities; assist with evaluating opportunities to expand and optimize offshore capabilities and support strategic target operating model (TOM) and enablement initiatives
- Conduct research and analysis on industry trends, offshore delivery models, workforce strategies, and emerging risks to support leadership decision-making; help drive adoption of a "one-firm" culture by fostering collaboration and effective partnerships across onshore and offshore teams. Contribute to location strategy assessments, workforce planning activities, and operational readiness efforts.
- Governance, Reporting & Performance Management
- Support the development and administration of performance management frameworks, including Key Performance Indicators (KPIs), operational scorecards, and reporting dashboards; assist in monitoring quality, productivity, and efficiency metrics while identifying improvement opportunities and coordinating remediation efforts
- Analyze operational and workforce data to identify trends, generate insights, and recommend process improvements; support the development, maintenance, and reporting of Service Level Agreements (SLAs) and operational performance measures; partner with business leaders to drive continuous improvement initiatives and enhance service delivery
- Offshore Enablement & Workforce Management
- Coordinate the offshore enablement lifecycle, including intake management, business case support, workforce planning, onboarding coordination, and transition tracking; maintain headcount reporting, workforce metrics, and governance documentation to ensure accuracy and transparency; monitor program risks, issues, and dependencies and escalate concerns as appropriate
- Stakeholder Management & Communication
- Build and maintain effective working relationships with offshore delivery centers, LRMC stakeholders, and cross-functional teams; prepare presentations, business cases, governance materials, and performance updates for leadership meetings; support stakeholder communications and change management activities associated with offshore initiatives
- Facilitate governance meetings, working groups, and project reviews; track action items, decisions, and commitments to ensure timely execution and accountability
- Risk & Financial Management
- Support financial tracking and benefits realization activities for offshore initiatives; assist in validating business case assumptions, workforce forecasts, and operational performance outcomes to ensure alignment with business objectives
- Operational Excellence & Continuous Improvement
- Promote operational excellence by supporting process standardization, documentation, knowledge-sharing initiatives, and continuous improvement programs across global teams

Qualifications/Experience
- Minimum five to seven years of recent experience in program management, operations, governance, workforce strategy planning enablement, transformation, risk management, or a related function.
- Experience supporting offshore, global delivery, shared services, or workforce transformation initiatives or operational excellence initiatives preferred.
- Experience in Risk Management, Legal Operations, Professional Services, or a related corporate business environment preferred.
- Demonstrated experience managing cross-functional projects and stakeholder relationships.
- Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university required; advanced degree preferred
