What You'll Do
• Lead organized, energetic, and successful shifts
• Communicate a clear game plan so every team member knows their role
• Coach, train, and develop team members throughout each shift
• Recognize great performance and address missed expectations quickly
• Create a positive, respectful, and team-focused work environment
• Deliver fast, accurate, and friendly service to every guest
• Maintain high standards for food quality, cleanliness, safety, and organization
• Monitor speed of service, labor, waste, guest satisfaction, and daily performance goals
• Ensure the restaurant stays ready for inspections, visits, and busy periods
• Handle cash, safe counts, deposits, inventory, and administrative tasks accurately
• Support hiring, onboarding, training, and employee development
• Help identify future leaders and prepare them for their next opportunity
• Step into any position when needed and lead from the front
• Address problems when they happen instead of allowing them to grow
• Support the General Manager with staffing, scheduling, accountability, and store results

Qualifications
• Previous restaurant, retail, hospitality, or leadership experience preferred
• Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills
• Ability to lead and motivate a team in a fast-paced environment
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including nights, weekends, and holidays
• Reliable transportation and dependable attendance
• Ability to complete required training and certification programs
• Willingness to learn every area of the restaurant
• Desire to grow into additional leadership opportunities
