A bit about your role

Ready to make an impact in the electrical wholesaling, trades, or building/construction sector? Here's what you'll be doing:

• Build brilliant relationships with customers, internal and external stakeholders – think of yourself as the glue that holds everything together
• Leveraging your industry expertise to drive meaningful connections
• Support the Branch Manager to keep daily operations running smoothly and efficiently, bringing your seasoned perspective to strategic decision-making
• Drive sales by genuinely engaging with customers and showcasing your product knowledge
• Lead and inspire your team where everyone thrives, develops, and enjoys coming to work
• Champion customer satisfaction by handling enquiries and resolving issues with speed, professionalism, and a smile

Qualifications

• Previous experience in a customer facing role, with a passion for sales and operational excellence
• Enthusiastic, ambitious and have a strong desire to learn and build a career with us
• Previous experience in leading or mentoring a team desirable
• Electrical wholesaling, trades or building/construction industry experience highly regarded
