KPMG is currently seeking a Business Analyst to join our Legal, Regulatory and Compliance organization.
•Analyze business processes, systems, and data to identify improvement opportunities and solve complex challenges.•Gather, document, and validate clear, testable business requirements through stakeholder collaboration and structured elicitation methods.•Interpret large datasets to generate actionable insights and recommendations.•Develop and maintain key project documentation, including requirements, functional specs, and test plans.•Ensure end-to-end requirement traceability and support testing, change management, and validation activities.•Translate business needs into technical solutions using workflows, use cases, user stories, and prototypes.•Lead UAT and business validation, ensuring deployment readiness and driving user adoption through training and documentation.•Monitor KPIs to evaluate solution effectiveness and continuous improvement.•Maintain strong stakeholder communication and build trusted relationships across teams and leadership.
Apply expertise in Risk, Legal, Regulatory, and Compliance domains to enhance business understanding and ensure process continuity
Mandatory technical & functional skills
•5-8 years of proven experience as a Business Analyst or similar role, with a strong track record of successful project delivery.•PMP/Six Sigma lean methodologies•Ability to provide new ways of working, challenging the status quo and enable transformations•Experience leading and managing requirements gathering for large programs and/or products required.•Experience in business process analysis and utilizing standard tools and techniques to identify and recommend opportunities for improvement to the operational practices.
Preferred technical & functional skills
•Proficient in data analysis and visualization tools (e.g., Adv. Excel, PPT, Project Charter).•Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and provide innovative solutions.•Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with stakeholders at all levels.•Detail-oriented and highly organized, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.•Exposure and inclination to the use of advanced AI tools like Microsoft Copilot and Gemini to enhance productivity and streamline business/ analysis processes.•Demonstrate the ability to positively influence and mentor less experienced team members, establishing oneself as a credible source of knowledge.•Knowledge of Agile methodologies and experience working in Agile environments is a plus.•CBAP/CCBA certification is a plus.
