Assistant Manager
The Assistant Manager supports the daily operations of the business by helping lead the team, ensuring excellent customer service, and maintaining efficient workflows. This role works closely with the Manager to achieve company goals, uphold policies, and create a positive and productive work environment, and covers the managers absence.
The Assistant Manager plays a key role in bridging leadership and staff, helping drive team success while ensuring day-to-day operations run efficiently and professionally. Fully flexible shifts.
Key Responsibilities
- Support the Store Manager in all aspects of store operations
- Lead, motivate, and develop the team to achieve sales targets
- Deliver exceptional customer service and resolve issues professionally
- Manage stock levels, merchandising, and visual standards
- Handle cash management, opening/closing procedures, and reporting
- Ensure compliance with company policies and health & safety standards
Skills, Knowledge and Expertise
- Previous leadership or supervisory experience preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- A customer-first mindset with a passion for retail
- Ability to multitask and problem-solve in a fast-paced environment
- Organized, reliable, and detail-oriented
- Comfortable working collaboratively while also taking initiative
