Job Description

Continuous Improvements Projects

  • Drives Continuous improvement culture in entire plant. Identify opportunities for improvement with all cross-functions. Manage projects by timely follow-up and providing required support as and when required.

Problem Solving expertise

  • Promoting use of Problem solving methodology within the entity. Drive improvement actions aimed at improving customer & process robustness. Build team competency levels in Problem solving

Monitoring of Resources

  • Evolve resource plan for manpower and budget with definite timelines for the year. Monitor and track the same for compliance.

Technology transfer from Projects

  • Learn the process from the projects team. Participate in the implementation, validation and qualification of the processes. Take charge of all technology transfer documents including drawings, test methods SOPs. Prepare and provide validation reports to the projects, maintenance teams.

Annual Budget planning

Make budget provision for equipments, consumables, tools and seek approval for the same. Follow the budget and ensure expenses made within budget limits
