We are seeking a passionate and experienced Assistant House Manager to join our team and support the day-to-day operations in a specialized intense behavioral home in Methuen, MA.

Summary
The Assistant Manager is responsible to assist in the oversight of a programmatic clinically based house structure for the Residents living in a specialized Intense Behavioral Home. They help create a safe, respectful, and person-centered environment while embracing the values and mission of American Training, Inc., including dignity, respect, and WOW! Magic in every interaction.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide support on shift to Behavioral Support Colleagues in following structures, plans and routines of an intense behavioral home.
- Ensure accurate documentation is being kept during shift on behavioral indicators, goals and any relevant medical information.
- Ensure adequate shift coverage in the case of call outs, additional staffing needs and emergency situations.
- Use appropriate, approved behavioral and physical management techniques to ensure safety of Colleagues and Residents in a variety of settings.
- While on shift, facilitate the accurate and complete communication between clinical team, funding source and families to assist individuals to progress, grow and learn.
