To ensure and deploy the SIM meetings.
To ensure the deployment of 5S related activity in LPT-2.
To filter/ compile suggestions and kaizens and share to all stakeholders.
To evaluate the Best Suggestions and Kaizens.
To provide training to the DVC, NDVC and Contractor employees related to ergonomics, types of waste, SIM Cycle, Suggestions, Kaizens etc.
To do kaizens by using ECRS method, which impact the KPI related to PQCDSME.
