JOB SUMMARY: Your Flight Plan!
The Assistant General Manager supports the General Manager in overseeing the daily operations of the Master Association, with a focus on maintaining high standards across common areas, infrastructure, vendor performance, and resident services. This position assists in managing operational trends, controlling expenses, and ensuring the community is maintained in a safe, attractive, and financially responsible manner through effective staff leadership and vendor coordination.
RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES: Ready to Fly!
- Promote a high standard of resident service by ensuring timely, professional communication and resolution of owner requests, concerns, and service issues
- Assist in the supervision, and evaluation of on-site staff, including maintenance and front desk
- Support enforcement of condominium documents, rules and regulations, and association policies to maintain community standards
- Assist in the oversight of the daily operations
- Assist to coordinate and monitor vendors and service providers, ensuring contract compliance, quality performance, and timely completion of work
- Assist in planning and executing preventative maintenance programs and capital improvement projects to preserve and enhance building assets
- Assist to conduct regular property inspections of common areas
- Assist with the monitoring of operating expenses and assist with budget management, including invoice review, and coding
- Review and analyze operational reports to identify trends and areas for improvement
- Maintain accurate administrative records, including work orders, incident reports, vendor contracts, and maintenance logs
- Assist with board meeting preparation, including compiling management reports, project updates, and supporting documentation
- Respond to and assist in managing emergency situations, including building system failures, weather events, and safety incidents
- Act in the absence of the General Manager to ensure continuity of operations and leadership
- CAM license desirable
REQUIRED EXPERIENCE AND QUALIFICATIONS: The Wingspan Needed!
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Experience in the customer service industry.
- 5-7 Years management experience.
- Occasional travel may be required
